For someone who studied a lot of Elizabethan and Romantic period, we would understand if I was burnt out from it all right. Fomo wasn’t allowing this to happen so I did eventually hop on the bandwagon, and I can say I understand what the fuss was about. I mean the dreamy balls and those swoon-worthy duke types (and, hey, no judgment there!), It is such a captivating period drama that really has woven some magic there into it’s audience.
